M.S.- California Baptist University
Ms. Zimmer recently graduated with her Master’s in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science at California Baptist University. She has now been working as a Facilitator at Crossroads for 2 years now. Additionally, she has been coaching volleyball, basketball, and softball at the high school since 2018. If she isn’t at Crossroads you will probably find her at a rodeo, playing volleyball, hiking, or traveling around the country.
She realized her passion for education during her last year of undergrad while she was a teacher’s assistant at CBU. She realized that value of having educators that care about the learner holistically. Educators shouldn’t only care about acedemic success, but their emotional and spiritual growth as well.
What does a God-first School mean to her? Ms. Zimmer believes that being at a God first school is truly one of the biggest blessings, because we are able to minster to learners and families that may have never heard about the Lord. Unlike any other school God is at the center of everything we do in the classroom.
